ILC Summer programs feature fun and exciting activities that allow our campers to learn and play alongside other exceptional children their age from both the U.S. and China.

We believe that each of our campers deserve the very best experience possible while spending their summer in China, and we work hard to help them to maximize the amount of fun and learning that takes place for them each and every day through a mix of athletics, arts, outdoor and cultural activities.

ILC SummerAthletics, Arts, Outdoors & Culture

The Wujiang Taihu School's pristine 200+ Acre lakefront campus provides the perfect backdrop for enjoying the great outdoors in China, while the schools beautiful, modern facilities feature designated spaces for art, music, calligraphy, meditation and more!


From Soccer to Basketball, to Dodgeball and Capture the Flag, the ILC Summer Program keeps campers moving. All of our athletic activities are designed to be fun, team-oriented and to teach children the value healthy competition. Throughout their day, each ILC camper will have the opportunity to play old favorites, and brand new games with their Chinese peers.

Visual and Performing Arts

Everyone loves to show off their creative side and the ILC Summer Program gives campers a chance to do just that through a visual and performing arts program that features both Western and Eastern elements. Campers can look forward to activities like Bamboo Crafting, Sculpting, Paiting, Drawing, Singing, Drumming, and Acting during their time in China.

Outdoor Activities

Situated right on Tai Lake, and punctuated by natural beauty the WTIS campus gives our campers the chance to enjoy a full slate of nature oriented, outdoor activities. Campers in the ILC Summer Program learn about Organic Farming, Outdoor Camping, Outdoor Cooking, Fishing, Boating, Swimming, Ecology, and more. Campers will also take part in weekly Campfire Ceremonies and Wilderness Survival Courses.

Chinese Cultural Activities

Perhaps the most unique aspect of the ILC Summer Program is our ability to offer U.S. students the opportunity to study with The Wujiang Taihu International School's talented staff of master cultural teachers. ILC campers enjoy classes such as: Daily Meditation, Kung Fu, Chinese Poetry, Calligraphy, Tea Ceremonies, Etiquette, Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Opera and More!!!
